  1. Problem Fixed Thanks for the advise and help. The Intermittent non start was the Accelerator Pedal GM Part Number 95212073 With regards to the misfire the electro gap on cylinder 3 spark plug was to big. I suspect this had been dropped at some point on delivery.
  2. Thank you for the reply. I have a second had pedal coming in the post to try. I did have a Diagnostic by Chevrolet today but they didn't tell me anything conclusive. I am still awaiting them to send me what fault codes they had read from the vehicle. Would a faulty throttle pedal sensor cause a misfire tho?
  3. Hello, I have a Chevrolet Spark 1.2 manual on 35k 2012 with a Intermittent Non Start problem. Basically you turn it over, it cranks but will not fire. You can then turn key back to position 0 turn key and then it "may" or may not start. Something you have to cycle the key a few times for it to start. This fault has caused the eml and traction light to sometimes illuminate and the fault sometimes cause it to misfire. I can only do a OBD scan as I do not have a Chevrolet tool.
