  1. According to the link they sent me, there is no invoice, there is no bill. I walked away. It was for the scratch not the warranty. 0$ out of pocket. They replaced it. They said they had to run diagnostics first per chevy instructions but they said it needed a new one altogether. Apparently one was en route a month ago but it got lost? It finally came hahaha!
  2. The day mine went out, my check engine light came on. Engine revved fine in neutral but the tranny was done for!
  3. 58 days later I got my spark back! It seems to be doing a TON better. No more jerking when I come to a stop, no more of the transmission not knowing when to shift, accelerates smoother. I noticed I don't have to take foot off of accelerator to make it shift into 4th or 5th I think it is so I'm happy as a clam. It appeared I just had a bad tranny! NOT HAPPY however- I got a little scratch on the bumper and they tried to gouge me for 500. I dropped a flurry of F BOMBS demanded my keys and the sales manager came up and tried to haggle with me. I walked out
  4. I was having the bounce issues. Yes. It seems as if the transmission is trying to hold the gear it is in and then fails.
  5. I have been waiting for about 3 weeks now for a new transmission. They didn't say they were manufacturing one, they just said they checked all across the country and they're on back order. Getting out of hand Chevy. Just giving me a rental car doesn't cut it this time....
  6. Mines being replaced because it blew up after the recall.
  7. Just a heads up to you all: Car has been in shop for a week now and CVT trans is on back order. They do not have an estimated date of completion as they say theres only 4 transmissions available in the country right now haha! They ran diagnostics and ultimately stated that they found metal in the pan and fixing these things is all or nothing. They set me up w a rental car no charge because Im under warranty. My fear is that these transmissions are lemons and it will continue to happen. IDK whether to encourage everyone to take it in now and have it servic
  8. Hey all! I've been lurking for a bit and wanted to weigh in: First off, love the spark, she's been reliable for 45k miles, got me from AZ to MI no problem, MI to NJ and back lickety split! Until recently lol.... I went through all the recalls, including transmission recall. Worked well for a month, then the RPM's started jumping around, shifting VERY hard, and just the other day BAM. It died. The recall didn't seem to help. I got it to the dealership, but every time I hit a red light, I would have to restart engine and it had very little power Engine light came on, and the dealership
