  1. Hello everyone I have a 2014 spark and I want to add some bass to the factory my link unit. As we all know the spark has zero bass i do not want to go all gangster rap bass like I did in high school with a big amp and two 12" woofers I do not need that type of bass anymore . What I want is nice punchy bass that you can still feel in your chest but not shake the windows out. i also would like to avoid a separate amp and sub I would like an powered sub with the amp built in. I was flirting with the kicker hideaway I'm just not sure it will have enough bass any input ? I also was look
  2. I put in the kickers today definitely sounds better only thing I found is the volume from like 2-11 is very low but it sounds really nice around 20-24 .
  3. How many of you guys have replaced the factory speakers with the kicker ks40 and the Ks46 and how long have you had them ? I'm getting mine tomorrow and even though I was told before that the 7" touch screen mylink head unit will handle the ks40 being 4ohms when the old speakers were 8ohms I'm still scared of installing them . Would it be a bad idea to wire the two front speakers in a series to equal an 8ohm load and lose the ability to adjust left and right in sound settings . And would it sound bad if I did that. Sorry I just do not want to blow my head unit a year down the road . I wish I
  4. How do you know the speakers you put in will not fry the stock my link head unit ? The front speakers are 8ohm and you can't find 8ohm 4" speakers anyplace . I want to replace my speakers with no amp or sub but I'm terrified I'll blow the radio with the wrong Ohm speakers
