Carlene Jackson

I recently took my Spark in for the pcv valve recall and now it makes a whistLing noise when I accelerate. It wasn't doing this before and I called the chevy dealer where it was repaired and they told me it was the turbo in the engine. My car doesn't have turbo. Anyone know what it could be?
