  4. I think it all of the small GM engines, I had a 2010 Equinox that we used as a toad with a oil use issue and got the same run around so I bought a 2011 Ford Edge fantastic toad but I got the hots for a F150 sure miss my Edge. So far we are enjoying the Spark. I hope they have it fixed on the 2014.
  5. Installed Back up sensors 13 1/2 inches centered from floor and 16 inches centered between the sensors use 2 inch painters tape to go from one side if the car to the other centered at 13 /1/2inches mark center for holes and drill and install sensors rout the wires to right side. Removed the right rear inside plastic panel by removing the 3 plastic buttons, remove the right speaker wire and pull the plastic out enough to get your hand in next remove the right tail light by removing the 2 Phillips screws and pull out the tail light then remove the reverse light by rotating from the T light body
  6. I am going with a donut spare from a junk yard , bolt pattern 4 inches with a 2 1/4 hole, I have a 15 inch rim with the 4 inch bolt pattern and 2 1/4 hole that clears the front disc brake with no problem lug bolts fit also but with the tire it's to large for the spare compartment .
  7. 2014 LS manual and also no problems, with 3000 miles , AC cold on the high 90 to 100 deg days . Avg mpg over 40 mpg.
  8. Now that is sharp, but I hope that is your wife's car
  9. Did you ask NAPA to order 100001 filter as we know that Wix makes the filter so they should be able to get it. Walt
  10. I bought the Spark because the price new was right at $9998. Plus tax and i got a couple hundred off with my GM card and also to tow behind our Coach, we had been towing a F150 CC 4X4, Wife also wanted something small to scoot around town, we really love this little car it fits our needs perfectly Walt.

  12. Toiller thanks for the great write up it convinced me that I dont really need door locks as much as I thought. Walt
  13. On my 2014 it uses a GM 96985730 and that X to a NAPA 100001 or a Wix same as NAPA but one less 0 at 10001 or a Purolator L16291 or Fram PH11462 should be able to get at your local auto parts store Walt
  14. Steve when I set up my Spark I set it up to use a Roadmaster Brakemaster toad brake, I know a lot of folks will say that this is not nessary but I think it is, anyway I was worried that my brake lights from the toad (as the brakes from the coach activates the toad brake) would cover up the right or left signal light but found out that the bottom portion of the tail lights on the spark are only turn signals and tail lights and top portion are stop and tail lights so using Roadmaster diodes I hooked the coach lights to the bottom portion of the lights and dont need a brake relay or fuse bypass.
  15. Thank You Patsy G Chevrolet Customer Care for the fast answer you furnished to a question on a fuse I D that i could not get from the service mgr at two dealers and these guys did try to furnish the info they went to the wiring diagram to try and identify the brake light fuse and just could not figure it out. In case anyone else needs to know the body control module 4 ( fuse 7 ) is for the right brake light, the body control module 5 ( fuse 8 ) is for the left brake light. Walt
