Last week the belt that runs the AC Compressor in my belt tore itself apart while I was driving on the high way, killing the AC completely (which sucks when it was 100+ here in LA that day). I took it into a dealership to get it looked at, and they're replacing the entire AC Compressor because of the recall, but informed me that the belt is on backorder. Anyone know how long of a wait I'm in for? It has been a little over a week and I haven't heard anything since the first call to let me know.
I will probably call just to check in tomorrow, but I'm a bit worried about having a long wait.
