  1. I am right at 40k miles and just past its 1 year anniversery, haven't had any issues at all. I just moved so my weekly mileage accumulation has dropped from 800 miles per week to about 170 per week.... It's been more than 2 weeks since I last filled the tank..... The $200 a month less I'll be spending on gas will be nice..
  2. I did MD to FL without a problem. 3 people and luggage for a week long stay. Went down 81 and got around 40 mpg at 75 mph. Trip back took 95 and similar speed and got around 42 mpg due to less elevation changes.
  3. Special Korean oval cutting bits were used to cut the bores on some of the blocks??? Dammitt I better get working on getting that patent on the mower blades that cut square corners before they beat me to it....
  4. Back in August on my way to work I passed the one of the Googlemobiles, they just updated this week and here it is. http://goo.gl/maps/4Ib9b Then I browsed up and back down the road to see if any of my coworkers showed up and I found this about 1/2 of a mile up the street. http://goo.gl/maps/KHse0 Wonder if it's anybody here? This is just south of Harrisburg PA near the Enola Turkey Hill convenience store. It'll be interesting to see how many other folks here end up on Streetview as well.
  5. It used to be that US model radio's tuned the FM band a bit different from euro spec models. I think it was odd numbers after the decimal for US spec and even for Euro. IE: 101.5, 101.7, ect... VS 101.4, 101.6 ect... Also I am not sure if Bluetooth specs are universal, probably are but it is something worth checking into.
  6. Check at the e brake my bet is the wiring was not reconnected or became disconnected when you ran the wiring. Edit... never mind I misread, thought you were having headlight issues, not interior, sorry.
  7. You are probably using more fuel doing that... Anything above 30mph or so the dfco along with the vvt nets you pretty much 0 fuel use. By pushing in the clutch the injectors have to operate to keep the engine running vs momentum turning it over....
  8. Pretty sure advance auto parts has the air filter and the cabin filter. Still no aftermarket oil filter though as of last month when I checked.
  9. 36k on mine.... No issues and get a consistent 43-45 mpg.
  10. Not on the LS. All manual locks except for the hatch.
  11. Ended up with Trico Onyx blades, proper adapters were included. Really pricey though, $36 after taxes at Advance auto parts. But they are so much better than what the OEM ones were.....
  12. So on the way home my passenger side wiper blade decided to start falling apart. Well it made it almost 11 months.... The stock blades are crappy anyways so I'll be glad to replace them with something hopefully better. So for those that have replaced theirs, what brand, model, ect... did you put on and how do you like them?
  13. So by my rough math 17000 songs at about 3.5 - 4 minutes each means you could drive 60,000 miles at a speed of 60 mph before getting back to the 1st song. I can't fathom what GM was thinking when they limited us to only 2500 songs... Hell that's only enough to go like 9400 miles. It must be pure monotony to have to hear the same song like 2 or 3 times a year.... Those sadistic bastards at GM....
  14. If it was me it wouldn't have left their lot until it was fixed.... It was broke while in their possession. The transmission guy being off is their problem not yours. I would have told them to give me a loaner and call when it was fixed... But I am a dick like that ;-)
